    Poor customer service. Purchased $165.00 Jordan Airs for my 12 year old son for indoor shows and they tore. Store manager or Footlocker wouldn't do anything and customer service at Footlocker hung up. Had to contact Nike. NEVER buy shoes from them again.

    Customer Service is not bad but there shoe selection is poor and they should get the more popular shoes and in more sizes available
