  I've been with a group of 20+ and we only had one sever, please get an additional server for groups so large.

  Went there with about 5 of our friends for our regular " Wing Night" Looking for a change, Ordered the Cilantro Chicken, Which came with rice and vegetables. My Chicken tasted like it was cooked a day or two prior, Rice was hard and undercooked, and vegetable medley was cold... although it looked like it was supposed to be served hot.... when the server came around to ask how everything was, I explained to him how my dish was cold, undercooked and chicken tasted rewarmed, he pretty much said " Oh... Well Sorry, That Sucks.." And walked away. Talked to a manager as well and no luck. They removed my barely touched plate from the table without offering a change of dish or refund. If I wasn't so buzzed and happy from the drinks our group was ordering I may have walked right out. Highly Disliked the lack of customer appreciation there. They didn't care about our experience at all. I may return in the future in hopes of a better experience but if anything like that happens again , ill be raising hell.

  I have been to Montana's quite a few times with different people. There hasn't been a time we didn't enjoy it. A friend and went there for lunch one day and it ended up being the same price as a popular fast-food restaurant except Montana's menu was tastier. My husband and I went tonight. He said it was the best ribs he had ever had. I had the buttermilk chicken. Yummy!! To top it all off, all of the staff are so friendly and helpful - always with a smile on their faces.

  Several times now I've had servers who do not come back in a timely manner to take orders, for first drinks and seldom come back to refill drinks or check on our dining experience.

  On one occasion we had a group of 6 and when our server found out that we were having just appetizers and no alcohol we were left for over 10 minutes before we could order our drinks and food. Our appetizers were dropped off and we weren't checked for over 40 minutes after. No refills, nothing.
