    The only reason I gave this place 2 stars is that the classes are fun to do and the gym is clean and bright (mostly because it's new).

    Always clean & friendly, however the hours need to be updated on here... it's not "24 hours".

    Been a member for over 3 years. The machines (treadmills) are in dire need of servicing and repairs. The gym desperately needs more/new equipment. The staff don't care as lockers have not been cut off in over a month. This is the first gym that doesn't play music while you work out, you get to listen to GoodLife Commercials your whole time, so don't forget your headphones.

    I've been overpaying for my membership because of the rep who signed me up. The MANAGER told me I should be issued a refund, so I contacted their customer service and and every interaction has been beyond terrible. They don't try help you all it's just a bunch of "We weren't there when you got signed up so we can't issue you a refund".

    Everyone here is super nice prior to you signing a contract but once you sign it all you hear is "There's not much we can do" or wait until your contact is over.

    24 hours is needed for this shift work city they now close at 11 each night and open at 530. Cheapen the monthly membership since you are no longer 24 hr
