  I always go to Shoppers Drug Mart to buy everyday supplies. Last week I bought a shaving machine from there but wasn't satisfied with it so decided to return it. I went there after 4 days with the receipt to exchange it for something else. At first they told me that I couldn't return it without a manager's authorization. I waited for 10 minutes till they got hold of the manager-an old lady. At first she asked me random questions as to why I wanted to return it and if I had used their Optimum card to purchase the product. Then after a while, she started telling me about the legitimacy of the receipt. She implied that I was lying and I didn't buy that product from their store. The same thing happened to two of my other friends too.She was so ignorant, arrogant and racist. I will never go there.
