  I can't say enough good things about this location. The staff are welcoming and truly focused on customer service. They understand that as Saskatchewan business travelers we are often subject to the whims of weather and roads and are extremely accommodating. The welcome bag at check-in is a real treat, and the made-to-order breakfast is the best one in town. I always look forward to my next stay at the Best Western Marquis Inn and Suites in Prince Albert.

  Although the bed was comfortable, the room was dusty. The tub was dirty. No plastic bags in the garbage cans. The ice bucket was cracked and dirty. The coffee machine was dirty. Sugar hard. Tea packaging dirty. Wrinkled bedsheets and curtains. Cleanliness is one thing but even the Maintenance work done was not done well...such as the painted bathroom door. Poor job. The grout in the tub is dirty, cracked and patched.

  Service was good. Even a gift bag upon arrival with chips, juice and a granola bar. Breakfast was not buffet but a few select choices at the hotel restaurant. It was good and well prepared.

  Check-in was great. Check-out was a bit slow. Rooms were cold when we arrived. Breakfast was delicious. Customers were loud when checking out! Sound proof doors are a must. Overall, great staff and very clean. I would stay there again but away from Check-out desk.

  The 2nd floor of the hotel is very nice. Prices did not make sense. Nicer rooms were less money. The other team members paid less. Online was 139. Reservation was 181 US not including taxes. Hotel was 169- changed to 152 plus tax.

  Hotel staff are nice and welcoming. Beds are comfortable. Gym could use some weights and a bench but not bad. I usually stay here for work and will continue to do so in the future.
