  Purchase a brand new 2017 F150 with the special edition sport package 2 weeks ago. Was told by the salesman that it had what an fx4 had. I was adamant on getting a fx4 and reminded them several times. I found out yesterday that this truck is not equivalent to fx4. I went to the dealer only to be told we can't do anything. Called Ford Canada as put in a complaint. I will never purchase anything from this dealer ever again. So much for customer satisfaction.

  Can not understand why a dealership takes 1.5 hrs for an oil change! (Sure they do few other things as far as checks but would not think it takes this long. Anyway it is what it is for that and the extra checks, just don’t see why extra time for them to do the tire. Why not have tire person take it off and check it while the oil change is being done to help save time and costs! Also cannot a shop this size not stagger lunch breaks so as not to have to shut down the whole shop for an hour in the day. Family been buying all their vehicles from this dealer as well as having all the maintenance done on them for over 40 years and this is the kind of service you get.

  Told could be probably 1.5 hr for oil change and up to two hours. Questioned why so long just for oil change and said will take longer due to having to check the tire) . Well get vehicle back at the 2 hour mark and they say could not find problem with tire. Turns out they checked the wrong tire. As it was 12 noon said need come back in an hour as all mechanic off for lunch!!!!! Brought back at 1pm and now still waiting 45minutes later!!!!!!!
