  I give rally auto max a 0 out of 5 stars due to poor customer service the sales man was really rude to me . Tried to sell me nothing but old and used rentals.. disappointed really disappointed.

  Very Rude Finance Manager - He'll talk to you like you`re stupid. He'll even suggested to put your payments on the 20th, as First Nation I found this to be offensive because he did not ask; when was our pay dates were just assumed. Marlon will try hard to put a bunch of extra add-ons onto your finance bill. He will make it sound like it is set in stone and you have no-option but to pay. He tried to make me pay $1500 extra dollars for a care-package (tires and thief). Which I would never use and thought to be useless. He was very argumentative with me because I did not want the package and only wanted to pay for vehicle and admin fee.

  Great customer service, I felt like the people there cared about what we wanted and helped greatly in finding us a car that suited our needs. 10/10 would recommend
