  I had an OUTSTANDING experience at Frank Dunn Toyota! In particular, product advisor Scott Cournoyer really "jumped to the pump" in solving my Toyota related challenge within minutes. I'd strongly encourage others needing a new Toyota in the Prince Albert trading area to ask for Scott and give him an opportunity to get you into a new Toyota. Scott's an "old school", "customer is King", kind of guy! Its refreshing! Try him. You'll have a wonderful experience!!!

  Waited two hours for them to update the touch screen. Employee came over and asked if I was waiting for a vehicle, I said yes I was waiting for the touch screen to get updated. He said oh I'll see if we can do that for you now, went outside and took three minutes to do it.

  The service staff are amazing. They are competent, friendly and helpful. They have identified potential problems and repaired them before they were an issue, saving me money and inconvenience. They ask approval for all repairs. No surprises on the bill.
