  Terrible service. no records of my deposits, slow service, and never any help whatsoever. I recommend staying away from this branch or switching banks entirely. I know I will be.

  Totally unimpressed with TD. I have a mortgage and bank accounts with them. I bought a house last year and td new I wanted and needed to do repairs and upgrades to the house. I go in to renew mortgage and basically no help at all without it costing over 10000 in fees. I never thought it would be this difficult to make upgrades to my house which makes it more valuable. Very confused on why you can' renew mortgage with the same bank. Definitely thinking about switching as soon as I can.

  Very slow phone service...not expressed at all. Same with costumers service..stand there for good 10 15 mins before some tends to you..

  Tellers are great but never enough. This is managements fault. Phone is never answered and when you leave a message it's not returned.

  The tellers are great & very helpful. You can't call this bank though. They do not answer the phone, ever. They might return your message, maybe after 2-3 + days. So for day to day stuff they're fine but anything else, forget it.
