  The staff at Diamond North are very friendly and knowledgeable. They always make you feel welcome in the branch. Love seeing the staff out in the community volunteering their time! Highly recommend Diamond North Credit Union!!

  There is one nice lady at the front. The manager ‘crystal’ is really mean and hangs up on you if she has nothing left to say. Thay charge a lot per month ($10.00) for very limited services. PayPal made a mistake and charged my bank three times. I got 3-$5.00 charges for those, and 3-$40.00 charges for PayPal’s mistake (just from my bank) I called PayPal, they apologized and fixed up their $15.00 charges but when I called diamond north branch crystal told me it wasn’t her problem, it was my responsibility to have enough money to cover their mistake, and she and wouldn’t refund any of them or stop transactions from PayPal. I deposited the rest of my money from PayPal into the account hoping it would help me prove to them there was more than enough funds to cover the tshirt and logo rights. I had to call another branch and do business with them. The purchases for my business logos and tshirts were delivered to me, but I have $135.00 ‘returned item’ fees even though nothing was returned. Not going here again unless to close my account. Never dealt with worse customer service. DO NOT OPEN UP AN ACCOUNT THEY WILL TAKE YOUR MONEY AND GIVE YOU A HEADACHE.
